Buyer protection

Safe by design.

Every purchase runs through Escrow.com, a licensed third-party escrow service. Your money is only released to us after you have the domain.

The five steps

1

Agree

You buy now or make an offer. We confirm the price and open an Escrow.com transaction for the domain.

2

Pay escrow

You pay Escrow.com — by wire, or card/PayPal on their secure site. They hold the funds. We never see your payment details.

3

Transfer

Once Escrow.com confirms the funds are secured, we transfer the domain to you with an authorization code or a registrar push.

4

Verify

You confirm you've received the domain. Escrow.com verifies the transfer during a short inspection window.

5

Release

Escrow.com releases the funds to us. The domain is yours, and the whole transaction is on record.

Why escrow? It removes the "who goes first" risk. The buyer isn't paying a stranger and hoping; the seller isn't transferring and hoping. A licensed intermediary holds the money until both sides are satisfied.
